During his career, he has gained more than 20 years of experience in strategic IT advisory, IT
projects, enterprise and software architecture management. He has extensive practical
experience in consulting on various large-scale projects and worked intensively with customers
on innovative IT solutions. Particularly, he has a strong background on software architectures
and software engineering. Thus, he has profound knowledge and experience in designing,
evaluating and implementing software-intensive systems.

The former President of the Federation of Enterprise Architecture Professional Organizations, a global association that promotes the architect profession, she also served on the Advisory boards of IEE-TEMS, OPEX-FI, and Penn State University Center for Enterprise Architecture among others.

Karsten Voges brings 20 years of leadership experience, ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies, plus various IT management consulting firms. He and Inge Hanschke have been working together in different organizations for 15 years and his motto “lean & smart” is very similar to Inge’s “easy & effective”.
With degrees in computer scientist (TUM) and an MBA (UK), he has been combining IT and business for years.
