Sönke is a computer scientist and has more than 25 years of experience in business and IT. With his work at Be360, he leverages IT to converge all business processes and competencies in digitalization, creating holistic management for his customers.
For Sönke, sustainability is at the heart of what he does. He lives for providing his employees with an intelligent and interesting environment to further develop themselves and the product. Karsten Voges brings 20 years of leadership experience, ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies, plus various IT management consulting firms. With degrees in computer scientist (TUM) and an MBA (UK), he has been combining IT and business for years.
