Sönke is a computer scientist and has more than 25 years of experience in business and IT. With his work at Be360, he leverages IT to converge all business processes and competencies in digitalization, creating holistic management for his customers.
For Sönke, sustainability is at the heart of what he does. He lives for providing his employees with an intelligent and interesting environment to further develop themselves and the product. He also appreciates new working styles and flat hierarchies. His heart beats for IT and even more for his employees.
He attended Massey University in 1999 for Computer studies and he has a degree in Computer Studies from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 2000.

A Chief Architect, educator, and recognized thought leader Jean has extensive experience in leading technology optimization and transformation programs across multiple industry sectors.
Jean regularly speaks and writes on enterprise architecture and governance. The former President of the Federation of Enterprise Architecture Professional Organizations, a global association that promotes the architect profession, she also served on the Advisory boards of IEE-TEMS, OPEX-FI, and Penn State University Center for Enterprise Architecture among others.

Karsten Voges brings 20 years of leadership experience, ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies, plus various IT management consulting firms. He and Inge Hanschke have been working together in different organizations for 15 years and his motto “lean & smart” is very similar to Inge’s “easy & effective”.
With degrees in computer scientist (TUM) and an MBA (UK), he has been combining IT and business for years. As a product manager in enterprise architecture management, head of IT architecture and as a founder of a data collaboration platform, deep technical knowledge comes together with a lot of business acumen. Therefore Karsten Voges ensures fit for purpose solutions that are followed through with change management, plus that they are also implemented in state of the art technically.
