Januar f\u00fchrt der neue Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Karsten Voges das Gesch\u00e4ft von Lean42 GmbH zusammen mit den bisherigen Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrern Inge Hanschke und Sebastian Hanschke und  wird mit seiner ganzen Kraft die Lean42 im weiteren Wachstum unterst\u00fctzen. Voges blickt bereits auf eine erfolgreiche Karriere im IT-Management Bereich, sowohl als F\u00fchrungskraft in Anwendungsunternehmen, wie auch als internationaler Managementberater zur\u00fcck. Die Erfahrung von 20 Jahre F\u00fchrungskraft bringt Karsten Voges nun in die Lean42 GmbH ein, welche er als Senior Berater schon seit 2018 immer wieder in Projekten unterst\u00fctzte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8222;Seit 2007 arbeiten Karsten und ich in verschiedenen Unternehmen und Konstellationen sehr vertrauensvoll und erfolgreich zusammen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus bleibt er der Lean42 GmbH ebenso wie Inge Hanschke langfristig als Gesellschafter verbunden.<br><br><em>\u201cWir freuen uns eine starke langfristige Nachfolgeregelung und eine gute \u00dcbergangsregelung f\u00fcr das erste Halbjahr 2022 gefunden zu haben.
